Journey for Justice March The March started in Ferguson, Missouri to the Capital building in Jefferson City, Missouri. The march was in honor of the murder of Micheal Brown. The March was sponsored by NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People). The 250 marchers would march to sunrise to sunset. The peaceful protestors where met with hate on their trip to the capital. On protestors said that people would slow down by the marchers honk and some would even roll down their window and flip the marchers off saying offensive words. When the marchers finally reached the capital building several religious leaders lead the group in a prayer.
